All of our designs are handmade and printed on high quality acid-free unglued paper. We use the best resources to deliver work of the finest quality and to ensure high colour stability.
Designs are available as long as the edition is in stock. Once an edition is sold out it won’t be available again in the same colours as we work with limited editions. Though the same image might come available in different colour schemes. A few times a year we also release a new set of prints, so stay tuned!
Due to the handmade nature of our items, all purchases are final sale and not eligible for refund.
We ship all of our orders once a week, usually on Fridays. We ship worldwide. Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country. The print will be rolled in acid free tissue paper and packaged in a sturdy postal tube. Careful research and experience have proven that this is the safest way to send prints with the least chance of the artwork getting damaged or creased during transport. It will be shipped via An Post as a regular parcel. If you would like to ship via a different method, please contact us and we will be more than happy to try and work with you (additional shipping fees may be involved). Shipping times vary by destination. We ship to many international destinations.
All items remain Small Door Studio property until full payment is made. The price applicable is the price set at the date on which you place the order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming purchase.
We accept Paypal and work with Stripe for credit cards. This means that all payments conducted through Small Door Studio are handled through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the Terms & Conditions of the gateway chosen to handle the transaction as they are responsible for the transaction made.
All international packages outside of the European Union are potentially subject to import taxes and/or other customs fees at the time of delivery. These taxes are not included in the price of the print and it is solely your responsibility to pay these taxes; we will not reimburse you for them. The tax rates for imported goods are set by your government. We urge you to check with your customs department in advance to assess how much this will cost you at the time of delivery. We do not collect this in advance for transmission to foreign governments and we are unable to falsify customs forms to help avoid payment of these taxes. Any package that is unclaimed for failure to pay these taxes may be returned to us, however, we cannot be held responsible for items that are not returned to us and we are unable to refund for items lost for failure to pay import taxes. We do not recommend having your order shipped to an office or university or any address with a mail room, front desk or other indirect delivery method as these may not be delivered. Residential addresses are always preferable.
All personal information you provide will be handled by Small Door Studio as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you and to ensure a better service. The information you provide is only available to Small Door Studio and Bigcartel and will not be shared with third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You have the right to request Small Door Studio to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Terms & Conditions, you agree to the above.
